Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Unlimited Psychics. We’ve written them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we’ll explain it the same way.

1. Who we are, and your agreement with us

“Unlimited Psychics,” “we,” and “us” means the operator of unlimitedpsychics.com. By creating an account or buying anything here, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. You must be 18 or older

Our services are for adults. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We don’t knowingly sell to, or collect information from, anyone under 18.

3. Readings are entertainment

Readings, and everything else we sell, are for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no reading predicts or guarantees any outcome. If you’re facing a serious decision or crisis, please talk to a qualified professional. We say this openly because we think honesty about what a reading is lets you actually enjoy one.

4. What we sell, and what each thing costs

• Membership, $49.95/month. Unlimited 20-minute live readings, up to one per day, with one open booking at a time. It renews monthly at $49.95 until you cancel. You are only enrolled when you explicitly confirm it on a screen that shows these terms; membership is never a side effect of another purchase.
• Single reading, $79.95. One 20-minute live reading. One-time; no membership and no renewal. If your single reading misses the mark, you get a one-time re-do with a different psychic. Just ask.

The prices on our pricing page are the complete list of what we sell. There are no connection fees, per-minute charges, deposits, dormancy fees, credits, or balances, and nothing you buy expires.

5. Billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your card statement will read UNLIMITEDPSYCHICS.
• Membership renews monthly on your billing date until you cancel. We email you before your first renewal, and we email a receipt for every charge.
• It is impossible to be charged during a session. There is no meter and no mid-session billing of any kind.

6. Cancelling

Cancel online anytime at unlimitedpsychics.com/cancel. It takes under a minute, requires no phone call, and it works. When you cancel, you keep access for the rest of the month you’ve paid for, and you are not charged again. Prefer a break instead? Email us from your account address and we’ll pause your membership for up to 3 months; a pause never turns back into billing on its own.

7. Refunds: the money-back guarantee

If your first month of membership wasn’t worth it, tell us within 30 days of your first membership charge and we refund your full $49.95 to your card. Real money back to your payment method, never “site credit.” Available once per customer, no questions asked. Single readings are covered by the re-do in section 4 rather than the cash guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights the law gives you.

8. Your part of the deal

• Use the service lawfully and only for yourself.
• Treat readers with respect; abusive behavior ends sessions and accounts.
• Don’t record sessions without everyone’s consent.
• Keep your email access secure. It’s how you sign in.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account without cause, we refund any unused paid period.

9. Your content

Anything you share for a reading, including photos and personal details, remains yours. You give us permission to use it solely to deliver your reading. We don’t sell it, publish it, or use it for marketing.

10. Our content

The site, brand, and written readings we deliver to you are protected by intellectual property law. Your reading is for your personal use. Enjoy it, share it with friends, just don’t resell it.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

12. If we have a dispute

Talk to us first. Most problems are a refund, and we like giving those. Formal disputes are resolved in the courts of the state where our company is registered, and you always keep any small-claims and statutory rights your state gives you.

13. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; cancelling instead is always available online.
